1. Is mishran ko apne breakfast mein paraunthe ya toast ke saath khayen.
2. Is mishran ko apne dessert mein ice cream ya cake ke saath khayen.
3. Is mishran ko apne snack mein fruit ya nuts ke saath khayen.
Note: Murena ke gajak ko banane ke liye aapko murena ke falon ki aavashyakata hogi. Yadi aapko murena ke fal nahin milte hain, toh aap is mishran ko banana nahin sakte hain.
